If the FPS is not set it can be anything there is no universal default framerate.
Mouse input afaik is handled through DirectInput which is very fast.

PB isnt just a IDE!
It makes no sense to say that nothing happens especially if one of the most important updates in PBs history is in the pipeline.

On Windows "" will result in the current drive and directory which then in return will execute the explorer as the default program.

SHExtractIconsW is not exported by name or declared in a public header file.
To use it, you must declare a matching prototype and use GetProcAddress to request
a function pointer from Shell32.dll that can be used to call this function.

As mentioned before encryption on gfx stuff doesnt really work.
You can store everything you want in a PB exe (there are several ways) the easiest would be to use Include Binary.
