Could it be that you have not yet updated the compilers in Preferences -> Compiler ?
You can add several compilers there.

It is actually sufficient to install the CommandLineTools.
But I also have the latest Xcode.

With the last OS update, however, the current CommandLineTools was also updated.

The error does not occur here.

After the internal systray functions were finally removed from the GTK3 system, libappindicator3-1 is now used. Unfortunately there is no possibility to capture mouse clicks as this is not supported.
