Re: IncludeBinary - Getting the size of the included binary

This should work (untested):

Code: Select all

Debug ?DatEnd - ?DatStart

DataSection
    DatStart:
    IncludeBinary "..."
    DatEnd:
EndDataSection

Re: OpenGL/GLSL: render to texture

To the previous answer: {} can be omitted, if the scope just vonsists of one expression. To the topic owner: glCreateTextures is new. OpenGL 4.5 is required. Did you try glGenTextures and initializing the texture with dome data? glTexImage2D, because that also specifies the data type on texture site...

I"m not into assembler, so can't tell anything else about this.

Re: Reinstalled Win10 now my TV won't accept connection from

This "cast to device" sounds like intel wireless display or miracast. Did you install necessary drivers for this? Any device in the device manager with a warning sign?

Re: CGI issue

Probably the Filezilla understood from its headers, that it is binary? I think it might have converted all newlines and the PureBasic libraries might have some 10 (LF) or 13 (CR) commands inside which got converted. The C code is also a bit smaller, if you did more stuff there it might have appeare...

Re: CGI issue

More information about this error may be available in the server error log. So please look into /var/log/apache/error.log or whatever the webbrowser error log is. He already pasted it here: https://www.purebasic.fr/english/viewtopic.php?p=563694#p563694 But it would be interesting to see if it chan...

Re: CGI issue

Internal Server Error sounds like a crash of the cgi executable. Have you ever run the exe directly? Otherwise you could test if 32bit or 64bit compiled helps.. Both exe (x86 and x64) files run directly without problem. But , as CGI executables both returns "Internal Server Error" Error a...

Is it marked executable for the user under which the server software is running? Some servers only execute executables inside specific directories such as cgi-bin. Can you show us some code?

Re: Documentation: distribute html files or sources

I don't think it's a good idea to log elswhere to get all avalaible doc except to old versions. it would be useful to be able to get one or more help files from installation. Exactly, that's what I meant. I want it to be distributed with every PureBasic version. Either as html or as such parsable s...
