Re: C-Backend

Simply put it is a translator in the C language. https://www.purebasic.fr/blog/?p=480
Prior to version 6.00, a translator in the assembler language was used.

Re: Blog post !

version for all the OS, including may be some new like Raspberry !
PB for Raspberry PI this is great. :) :)
But I think that before release a beta version for all platforms, need to release alpha 4 with IDE compiled in C backend to make sure there is no critical bugs.

Re: [Done] Alpha 3 - select and float

If this is not a bug, please explain what sense to compare in the If statement, Integer variable PB_Select1, with floating point numbers? if ((pb_select1>=1.3999999999999999 && pb_select1<=1.5)) Why in Select: Case cannot be compared with floating point numbers? What is this an artificial re...

Re: Alpha 3 - select and float

It is pointless to convert to an integer, and after an if to compare with Float numbers. This is some kind of artificial restriction. If you do not convert Float to Integer, then it will work great Select: Case with Float numbers. // Value.f = 2.2 v_value=2.2000000000000002; // // Select Value float...

Re: PB5.73 AddSysTrayIcon() supports PNGs on Windows

In the help it is written that ico is only supported on Windows. But this does not mean that other image formats are not supported on Windows.
