Re: Live Scroll

This all sound quit similar to what I try to recreate (on XP) in PB-DLL's.
Those should replace similar working stuff of mine already made in GFA32.
(It's not possible to create DLL's in GFA32 and so all is in libraries there.)

Now yeah, just a short story.

Re: PortAudio for PB

I had set the Debugger back on. Also tested with the source at your latest link with which I get this errors : [08:38:21] Waiting for executable to start... [08:38:21] Executable type: Windows - x86 (32bit) [08:38:21] Executable started. [08:38:21] [ERROR] PortAudio device enumeration program.pb (Li...

Re: PortAudio for PB

I hope this is what you need, otherwise ask some more experienced PB user. I'm really a PB beginner and still busy on learning the graphics part, so... [22:05:55] Waiting for executable to start... [22:05:55] Executable type: Windows - x86 (32bit) [22:05:55] Executable started. [22:05:56] [ERROR] Pa...

Re: PortAudio for PB

I disabled the debugger manually, but now I get the Error :
PureBasic_Compiler4.exe in the MS-error message window which does popup if a programm crashes.
(I tried to add the image of that window I made but don't know how to do this on this forum.)

Re: PortAudio for PB

Hi Chris,

I get an Error on line 885 :
Invalid memory acces (read error at address 4208344608)

The line is showing :
DisableDebugger

So I don't think the problem lies there, but ... I'm a beginner in PB.

Re: CopyMemoryToImage replaced by CatchImage

The function CopyImageToMemory() only copies the image data to memory, it does not format it as an image file. That would require choosing a format (i.e. BMP) and then placing it in memory according to that format. So would adding a correctly filled BitmapInfoHeader structure to the complete bitstr...

CopyMemoryToImage replaced by CatchImage

The code below is just a copy from an older source here. I use it to learn. As far as I get the CatchImage function to understand, it should be some replacement for the many used function CopyMemoryToImage. Yet as you can test it with this code it still doesn't. Probably as PB-beginner I'm doing som...

Re: API equivalents BitBlt, StretchBlt, StretchDIBits in PB

Looks promising, especially in combination with GrabImage and GrabDrawingImage.
I got to spent some time with these.

Thanks again.

API equivalents BitBlt, StretchBlt, StretchDIBits in PB

Hi, What are the best PB equivalents for these API functions BitBlt, StretchBlt, StretchDIBits ? My intention is to rebuild my GB32 libraries into PB DLL's which hopefully can then be made/used multi-platform. (This one would really be great StretchDIBits if can be replaced.) I've done a lot of expl...

Re: Need Help to Implement VST in PureBasic

I'm interested too in VST and VSTi...
and found already some VST source code in Delphi.

At least less complicated then whatever C-version (to me and ...).

Thanks Kale.

This will be very helpful to me, getting confused as being used to GB32.
