DrawImage() expects the handle/imageID, so that one can do exacly what you do:
to draw images that are not created with pb.

the imageID is already the memory adress, but you cannot use catchimage here, because catchimage expects data like in an image file, and not data like images are stored in memory. if it does not have to be very fast, you can simply create an pb-image, and draw yours on it (i think that's the reason ...
