PureBasic Wins @ HelloWorld

Way back in the early 90's a friend and I when shopping for a compiler with an array of them it was hard going, so we devised a solution which ever compiler could make HelloWorld the smallest would be where would invest our time and money to buy, today that compiler would have been PureBasic.
