MiniRibon (Multi ToolBars)

Quickly coded, I mated 2 codes to make a mini-ribon

Code of the Wonderful TabBar from STARGATE (modified to a module)

TabBar works with Windows, OSX and Linux and ToolBarEx works with Windows, OSX, but Linux, i don't know...
