Rotate image/sprite 90 degrees? [resolved]
It's possible to rotate an image 90 degrees, isn't it? If so, how might I?

you might want to explicitly mention the subject on the subject line, that's what it's there for...

Re: Quick question

PLEASE! Make better Headlines. Everybody has a problem, a question or something like this.
In Your case:"How rotate a image by 90 Degree"

That I did, but the results were undesirable (though I rotated it and all just fine)LarsG wrote:try 3D sprites..
I ended up just creating more images, which was reinforced by the fact that my sprites have a little "3d" look to them, and rotating them conventionally screwed up that theme...
GPI: Sorry, I normally do that, but I've been doing this stuff at 12-2am, and my mind is a little sluggish at those hours.
well, you can still change it now...

But the problem is solved? Why bother explaining it now?Kale wrote:Nope! You need to actually describe in short the problem or question in the subject line, not make it look like a crappy DBPro thread! 8Osnap2000 wrote: better?
If someone were to do a search, there's always my post for the keywords/
You could also argue why use code/quote/url/etc tags too? Its because it keeps everything nice and user friendly. We are all software engineers here of one kind or another, why make things difficult for other users, surely we strive for nice, friendly and efficient user interaction? But the problem is solved? Also when you search for keywords the search results are entirely made up of subject headings, so i would have to click this thread just to find out wether or not it has any relevance to what i was searching for, instead of just quickly glancing at the subject line. I know this would only take something like 30-60 seconds to do but why not make it easy for people? Thank god there are very very few threads with non-discriptive subject lines or we all would be searching here for days!!!
Also when a problem has been solved, as in this case, this doesn't mean this thread is useless or old now. It means its another tutorial for someone else to find and use. We all have the awesome job of looking after the forum and to keep it a clean and user friendly vault of searchable information, after all, this forum is cited as one of PureBasic's strengths and a forum by which all others should be measured against.
Ah, right. I am sorry for not thinking of that myself. I am ashamed.Kale wrote:You could also argue why use code/quote/url/etc tags too? Its because it keeps everything nice and user friendly.
