I have a xPlat programme that displays a few strings in stringgadgets.
On windows this string " "ΕΛΛΗΝΙΚΗ ΔΙΟΙΚΗΣΙΣ" (Hellenic Admin.)" displays exactly as shown in the stringgadget on Linux all the characters in the internal quotes are displayed as ?marks any idea why? Everything else is exactly the same in the programme.
