How include the compiler options from inside the PB program

Hello,

I did some tests , to use bitdefender false alarms.
So, how bigger the program, how better.
and if file options are filed in how better, less false alarms.

So, is there a way to include the compiler options from inside the program ?
see below, if so, how to do that ?
I use WIN 10 - PB 5.61 Final (x64)
