OpenLibrary always return 0

Hi

Debug OpenLibrary(0,"/usr/lib64/libvpes.so.4.0.4") always returns 0 in the Linux version of Purebasic. The file name is spelled correctly and the permissions appear correct.

Does anyone have any ideas why it fails to open the library?
