Program running on which desktop

Hello,
using the search function I was not succesful for this question:
I use a PC with two Monitors in two different sizes:
1. 1600*900 pix Master
2. 1600*1200 pix Slave
1. starting the program on master-monitor 1 1 in fullsize 1600*900 pix
2. drag the mainwindow to slave-monitor 2 with 1600*1200 pix
3. click to full size-button the window still has the size of the starting screen (desktop(0)) with 1600*900 pix.
How can I detect the screensize from the desktop the program is displayed actual, to make it full screen in that monitor?
