So, I have an app that is working perfectly finally, when run from within the IDE but when I compile to an app and run it. the app uses system wide hotkeys so, it asked for PureBasic to have accessibility permissions and, when granted, everything worked.
Now, I'm making the executable and everything compiles without difficulty. When i run the app, the same dialog appears, I grant the permissions, but the app doesn't work and every subsequent time I run it, I'm prompted again to grand accessibility permission to the app. Of course, when it takes me to the dialog, I see that the app HAS permission.
So, I'm totally confused and I recall this discussion already taking place on the forum but I can now, no longer find it so it might just be a link someone sends but I'm wits end! Help!
