Are there other Linux programs that use the PB extension?

Asking because I haven't used Ubuntu for a couple of versions. I am using Mandriva.

Well, it seems that all .pb files are recognised as text files by Ubuntu and so when I ran through the procedure for default programs etc. I ended up changing the default for all text files. No big deal though.
I may look like a mule, but I'm not a complete ass.

My apologies and definitely my fuck up. I forgot that Linux generally ignores file extensions and goes by file contents for associations.

I'd already set the default program before asking for help, so it is my f*ck up! :)

Just used your package to install PB on LUBUNTU 12.14 system.
Intallation says completed.
Where is PB on the system and how do I start it?

After restarting I have Purebasic under programming.
It opens a small window in RUSSIAN?
How do I get in Purebasic editor?
