You are a fool. Faith is a matter of faith. You can't prove or disprove God. That is not within the scope of science or man's understanding. Faith comes from within. It's what you accept, I accept the reality of God, because He makes His presence known to me. He's blessed my life. He's supported me through bad times. I shake my head when anyone sets out to try and prove anything related to God, because there will never be a definitive answer to the questions of whether God exists, is real, and does he really relate to any of us in any form or fashion. It is not His intent to be proved or disproved, so it will never happen. Not until Christ returns.

You don't believe in God, that's your business. Don't presume on mine. What's between me and God is nothing you can deal with or understand. You only asked to try and mock me for having that faith, as though that would of itself discount what I've had to say. Let others see you for whom you have exposed yourself to be in your very own words.

I stand by my faith. I also stand on the trueness of my words. You will be one of those who avoids the truth by every means possible because you are caught up in your own delusions, and you cannot stand to have them challenged. So you attack as a form of defense. You keep it low, hoping by guile to distract and refute what you cannot disprove directly. Others may follow your lead, but I know what you are about.

You know, it's a funny thing. The word "trueness" got flagged as a word that might not be valid, or spelled incorrectly. But it's a real word, just not used that much.

Socialism is a belief system, no different than a religion, not when it boils down to one set of people intending to and attempting to overcome another. That's what Socialists do. That's what they've always done. That is who they are. You judge by what they do, not what they say. Talk is cheap, and when what you hear are lies, which can be in the form of fabrications, distortions, exaggerations, propaganda, falsehoods, the masking and concealment of facts, the invention of new "facts", and on and on, where all these words merely rebrand lies as something other than lies. then it's time to ignore the words and look at the plain facts, which is the kindred word of Truth. Another kindred term is Proof Positive, where you begin with the facts and work to find the truth behind them. Most people don't bother. They just believe what they heard first, no matter how improbable the source.
The word religion has two meanings: one- the organized worship of a deity (like the group that you mentioned in your post) ; two- a principle, practice, or belief held to with faith and ardor (as in exercising every day). I clearly used the word religion with the first definition in mind, and now you have overloaded the word by applying the second definition within the same discussion. No wonder you think things are confused.
You haven't bothered to look for the facts, have you? No, you just accept the lies because that's what you've been taught, and it all sounded so reasonable that it must be true, right? You go over it in your head, and it still seems right.
Your false assumptions makes for a poor discussion.
"com·mu·nism ˈkämyəˌnizəm/ noun - a political theory derived from Karl Marx, advocating class war and leading to a society in which all property is publicly owned and each person works and is paid according to their abilities and needs."
Your definition correctly describes Communism as political philosophy. Many believe it is the antithesis of democratic philosophy.

I believe socialism and capitalism to be opposing economic philosophies, and not religions in the original sense of this discussion. I will be somewhat surprised if you dispute that statement.
It's time to get real, man. This was described as a "political theory", and to you, Socialism is a "economic philosophy". Those are just labels. It's what happens that counts. And socialism, in every form. seeks to undermine and eliminate what is already there and take over.
We disagree there.
I believe that all taxes are socialist in nature.
Some taxes are bad, some are good.
I happen to like life with roads, running water, sewers, and bridges.
Taxes are usually what allows these things to be created.
I would prefer to live without standing armies, nuclear power plants, and nuclear bombs.
Taxes are usually what allows these things to be created.
Ergo, there is bad socialism, and there is good socialism.
That's not something you can just live alongside of. No more than believing that Iran won't continue on the course it's set for itself to build nuclear weapons, destroy Israel, and attempt to wipe out the United States. But Obama is an Extreme Socialist. He believes what he wants to believe and ignores the facts, so he is pushing to get the agreement signed by exerting party pressure on the Democratic members of Congress. Looks like he's made it happen, because enough want their party's support for their next run for office that they will block attempts to stop the agreement from happening.

Socialist are forcing Christians to accept the Muslims, but the Muslim believe that it is their destiny to wipe out non Islamic believers, especially the Christians. When they have the power in hand to try, they will act accordingly. And Socialists are stupid and dumb enough to think it won't happen, because it does not fit in their "philosophy".

Socialists are the real "stupid"s and "dumb"s that occupy Congress, in the form of Democrats, Liberals, Progressives, and Independents. Do I think Republicans are smarter? Not really, they don't act like it, and they are trying to get along with everybody so they won't say it or name it for what it is: The insidious invader and corrupter from within. Or they don't see it for what it is, which even more likely. That would make them dumb, stupid, an ignorant to boot.
That seems like a gross oversimplification of the situation.
When you really look, the facts become evident. I'm trained to use my mind, to evaluate, and to reject what is unverifiable, and work to a conclusion. That's what I did. Can you do the same? Don't take my word for all this. Learn for yourself. Become a goat rather than stay a sheep. Or be a ram, ready to bump heads for reasons you finally can justify to yourself. But you won't. Your kind never do. And what is your kind? To be part of the flock. To take another's word. To never really question what you are part of.
If you answer your own questions with more false assumptions, then it will be hard for you to actually learn true answers.

BTW, IMO educating a mind is preferable to training a mind. Animals are trained.
Ask yourself a few questions, like these for example:
{snip}
(7) Joe Blow down the street is on disability and gets government money. He could work, but doesn't have to, because he's also on foodstamps and the rest. Shouldn't he be made to work and pay his fair share?
It seems to me that you are advocating slavery.
Your oversimplified scenarios do not represent my reality.
How about Joe wants to work but can't find work.
He might be a great cannabis farmer, and for sure there's plenty of demand, but the government won't let him do that in their support of Big Pharma and Big Oil.
Whose fault is it really, Joe's or crony capitalism?
Socialism speaks for itself: "Socialism is a political movement that centers on changing the economic means of ownership and production. Its main objective is to foster a cooperative economy through the creation of cooperative enterprises, common ownership, state ownership or shared equity ".
Reread your statement and it is quite easy to see that socialism is an economic and not a political philosophy.
Cooperative enterprises translates to "worm their way in and make changes to further their cause". "common ownership, state ownership, or shared equity" puts socialism right in line with the goals of Communism.
Agreed.
Notice it is a "political movement", not the bland "economic philosophy" that it was stated to be. Political movement can be understood to be an effort to bring about change in human affairs. And that is what they are doing. By any means possible.
Again you seem very confused here, trying to paint things with a Boolean palette.
I will restate for you that all taxes are socialist, and add to that all money is capitalistic by its very nature.
(I was never taught that obvious truth about taxes, I've had to reason it out all by myself. See if you can find that bit of sage philosophy anywhere else. By your reasoning does that make me a sheep or goat?)
The United States of America uses taxes.
Did you know that the USSR used rubles?
The world is not just black and white olde man.

I hope that you learned something, because that is why I replied.
Keep it BASIC.

I tried to work my way through your post, nut it is like tracing wet mop strings out from the head of the mop. It's all words, disputing my use of certain words by citing other possible meanings, and you go nowhere. I provide links and suggest earch terms, and you try to tatter what I say like taking pinking shears to cloth. It's just empty words words again, trying to avoid all association with the truth.

I/m not going to debate with you and counter what you say. What would be the point of that? Am I suppose to be truing to win people over to my side, and you plan to block my moves at every turn? I'm not playing a game here.

I'm just telling prople how things are. I got brought into this whole thing abruptly and unexpectedly. It's there, and whether you accept it or not, it is happening. So now you know. Or would know if you simply bothered to get the facts and check them for yourself.

I get daily bulletins from organizations like the Tea Party, and they are all really up tight from what they see happening in Washington. They are trying for impeachment, but that is a long and drawn out process, it is the right against the left, and Obama has almost total freedom to just keep doing what he is doing, and he is on a schedule with a plan. When you see it in the news, it will be all over.

Then you will believe. But they will tell you it is a good thing and will benefit everybody. Except the people that it hurts. You like big government? You are going to get it in spades.

So kearn the truth or not, it probably makes no difference. And a debate on the matter has no meaning at all. So excuse me if I don't partici[ate.

The rest of you could maybe learn something, but it's not going to make any difference. You aren't you in enough numbers to have any impact on the outcome. We all lose this game by default. Except fot the real socialists out there, the ones behind the screen pulling the strings and making everyone else dance to their tune.

You call others here a fool because "God can't be disproved" (neither can Easter Bunny but we'll get to that), I could call you a fool for believing in something that is simply a figment of human imagination with no scientific basis or merit. :)
While I completely respect ones right to believe in a deity (i have zero place for religious intolerance, and yes of course there are also scientists who believe in a God!), especially if that enhances their life (I have nothing but respect for folk who go to Church on a Sunday because they're just damn good people), I personally can't put God, Satan, and all the other actors in any other bucket but the one the Easter Bunny and other human creations are in, because i need at least some scientific basis to believe in something, and "you can't disprove it" simply because a figment of a human imagination that probably doesn't exist doesn't sell it for me. I can't put together an experiment to show you there's no Easter Bunny either. God is a construct devised by human imagination thousands of years ago to conveniently explain the otherwise seeming "magic" of the universe, but that was then - today with help from modern technology we're able to attempt to understand the universe through scientific method. It especially pains me today when so many wars are being fought with religious matters at their hearts. If religion had never existed and somebody came along today and started it up it would never become more than a cult. 2015 is where it's at... they had to make up a lot of rubbish around 0BC to explain what they couldn't through scientific method, so it bewilders me why people base their life around 2000+ year-old writings. (ps. How on earth did they set up refrigeration on Noah's Ark - an icebreaker ship apparently - for the polar bears on their round trip of Antarctica!?!?:D and you came back from the dead after thousands of years? and you divided the sea? even putting God aside there's just so much of the bible that treats believers like idiots... why could they do all this in 0AD but none is possible today?!? It didn't help not having any recorded vision so they just had to believe the written word passed around and retranscribed... thousands of years of Chinese Whispers compounded by human imagination filling the void of scientific capability). Mythbusters could re-do all 14 seasons with nothing but religious myths and still only scratch the surface. You may find my stance ignorant, but I don't see how I can be ignorant if I'm completely open to anything with at least some scientific merit :)
I shake my head when anyone sets out to try and prove anything related to God
Why are you allowed to argue there is a god but we aren't allowed to counter? My belief that there is no deity has at least equal merit to your faith in your choice of the various incarnations of God that humans have devised over the centuries :)

Peace, love, respect, and thankyou for letting me agree to disagree :)

If somebody says he is a Christian who believes in God, and he knows the Bible stories, and the sayings about Jesus,
I would not expect him to be so much against socialism. Socialism in the sense that people share some things,
help each other, and care for each other - as a system in which people live together. A humanely and social system.
Access to food + clean water + free health care + a place to live with a roof + welfare... should be the minimal thing
every human being in our society should have. If you loose your job in a crisis, you should still have food/water,
and you should not need to live under a bridge or on a park bench.

Those are real problems that need to be addressed... for all 7, 8, 9, 10 billion people on earth.

Those are human values, and especially a Christian should be able to understand that. The attitude "wah, they want
to take something from me!!!" is just selfish. And such selfish "Christians" call Obama 'Satan'... it's unbelievable.
