For everything that's not in any way related to PureBasic. General chat etc...

what can I do for an online presentation?

Post by doctorized »

I have a PowerPoint pptx presentation containing 30 slides with images and some of them have video. I need a way to publish it in my page and be available for online viewing. What app should I use for it? I gave Adobe Presenter a try but I am not sure that it is the right app for me. Any suggestions?
I mean what app to use to create something that can be imported in a simple html page, not a blog.

I've created a project containing 30 slides with videos and images. I need to convert my online presentation and write my essay speaker's notes for it. Any app / tool recommendations?
Hi,
I used at least two methods. First, I converted my pptx file to a swf file which could later be embedded into HTML. Like any other Flash movie.
Or there's a Zamzar file converter.

Search for "markdown slideshow", there are many tools available for creating online slideshows quickly.
For video you can probably just use the HTML5 <video> tag?

Flash is no more since 2021.

If I remember right you can create a video from you presentation directly from Powerpoint. But in general I would prefer the methods Danilo has mentioned.
The english grammar is freeware, you can use it freely - But it's not Open Source, i.e. you can not change it or publish it in altered way.

Not really:

WASM makes it possible to still use Flash in the browser.
