Reinstalled Win10 now my TV won't accept connection from pc

Anyone got any ideas? Before I installed a fresh copy of windows I could 'cast to device' to my samsung tv and also mirror my screen on it. Now it won't accept connections from my computer. Other Win10 machines here can cast to it just fine. I've messed some setting up somewhere and I'm unable to figure out where. Any ideas are gratefully accepted.

Maybe try disabling your AV on Win 10 as a quick test?

This "cast to device" sounds like intel wireless display or miracast. Did you install necessary drivers for this? Any device in the device manager with a warning sign?
