Changes to Windows App Store (& news on WebView2)

Post by the.weavster »

With the release of Windows 11 Microsoft's App Store is getting a refresh to make it more open to a wider variety of apps.
Windows 11 will also come with WebView 2 onboard.

FYI You can already publish PB apps in their store since they permitted native application quite some time ago already. Just need some packaging utility and xml file.

Winui3 however, is still a complex mess aka disaster with again no plain C API and mixed with xml and even C++ lacks a visual designer and I think it depends heavily on reflexion.

Would be nice to have a little step-by-step tutorial to do that for PB apps.
Do you know if there are any PB apps already published in the store?
