Since PB version 5.72, the IDE has the new item

However, when using German as language in the IDE, it's a bit irritating since this item is still in English (at least in the version for Windows). It should be translated into something like

Already fixed for German + French locale files (including some other additions too) :D

Unfortunately they were updated a bit after the PB5.72 release.

But until a next PB release you can here download the latest "PB IDE catalogs" (English, French and German), just copy into your 'PureBasic/Catalogs' folder ;-)

Thanks for translating. But there are more new things that you have overlooked and therefore are not yet translated:

  • PB-IDE → Preferences
    • General → Shortcuts:
      • Zoom in
      • Zoom out
      • Zoom default
    • Editor → Editing
      • Extra characters in word selection

The first three strings I would translate as follows, ok?

ZoomDefault = Standardzoom


Unfortunately the last one isn't available yet for localization. This one Fred need to add to the official editor.catalog first, before it could be provided in the other languages...

PB IDE catalog files were updated for all three languages (English + French done by mesa, German by me).

In the meantime until an official release you can download them here: PBIDE_EditorCatalog572+.zip :D

I've got some suggestions for improvement, though. :-)

The new 'Deutsch\Editor.catalog' file wrote:
ExtraWordChars = In der Wortauswahl beinhaltete Zusatzzeichen
Sorry, but that's poor style.
Much better: "In der Wortauswahl enthaltene Zusatzzeichen".
