[4.30] Standalone debugger forgets location with IDE restart

I have the IDE set to use the standalone (GUI) debugger.
When it comes up, I move both its main window and the Debug window to my second monitor. It remembers it until I close and reopen the IDE.
When I reopen it and run a code with debugger, the debugger main window moves to the middle of the screens (Y offset) and has it's Minimise/Maximise/Close buttons on the second monitor with the rest on the left one. The Debug window is on the second monitor, and I believe in the position it was set to when I was using the integrated Debugger.

Seems to me the IDE is overwriting the saved position.
