Try this code with the zip file:

https://www.dropbox.com/s/z4styarwva4xqfa/test.zip?dl=0
Code:
UseZipPacker()
ZIP = OpenPack(#PB_Any, "test.zip", #PB_PackerPlugin_Zip)
If ZIP
  If ExaminePack(ZIP)
    While NextPackEntry(ZIP)
      Debug PackEntryName(ZIP)
    Wend
  EndIf
  ClosePack(ZIP)
EndIf

the file "3_319_1_Du weißt den Weg.mscx" is print as

Confirmed here that the filename isn't output properly when using the #PB_PackerPlugin_Zip flag. Remove the flag, and it works.

It's probably related to this bug that's supposed to have been fixed -> viewtopic.php?f=4&t=75488

Strange. if I understand the manual correctly, the flag #PB_PackerPlugin_Zip is set automatically if I use "UseZipPacker()". Accordingly, it should not matter whether I set the flag or not. That there is different output is strange...

I don't see that in the manual anywhere?
