Hi

OpenDatabase() does not work with Postgres if the authentication method uses "scram-sha-256". It returns the following error "authentication method 10 not supported". Is this a bug or by design? Postgres 13 seems to come with "scram-sha-256" as the default authentication method instead of "md5" so it would be helpful if it was supported.

Because customers begin to migrate to Postgres 13, this issue should be addressed quickly IMHO.
