If you have an x64 system, use SubMenuWin7_10_x64.exe

Creates a submenu in the explorer context menu to launch a file/folder in different programs. The menu is individual for each file extension.
The ability to create menus is offered by Windows using the registry, but this is not done conveniently. There is no tool to do this easily.
