It seems like people have a hard time going to the correct place if they encounter a problem with their AV software.
Just to make it clear - this is not a AV support forum.
Complaining about a different product here will not help you nor will it reach the ears of those responsible.
So its pretty much guaranteed that nothing will change.
No one goes to the dentist to have their car fixed!
Your teeth are fine, the car isnt.
Sure, if you are lucky the dentist might know a few things - i hope u see the problem!
Dont bet on the dentist go to the professionals.
Here is a detailed 3 step guide on how to get support:
1. Type the name of your AV product into your browsers seach engine
2. Visit the AV products webpage
3. Navigate to support and follow the instructions
Though personal expierience i can say this works

100% correct Mijikai, I do this too, having first checked for false-positives on Virus Total.
