This is why I prefer PDF over "ebook" formats. None of this formatting no tables blah blah trickery

I've just received the printed book by Lulu. It's a great book and worth every cent. Thanks a lot.

Got it last week and going through it now.
Looks nice.
That being said, where can we report typos and other mistakes/omissions?

Is there a TOC (Table Of Content) available?
It is available at amazon for KINDLE and at kobo as ADOBE DRM EPUB, but there is no TOC anywhere.
(thx to Coder Pinhead in german forum for da linkz!)
You can read Adobe Kindle format on PC, Windows Phone, Kindle devices, etc.
but a TOC would be nice.
Do you have any plans to write a book about more advanced topics?

A link to the Nook version: http://www.barnesandnoble.com/w/program ... 1624883415
It was on Amazon, this link shows it as existing but unavailable: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Programming-Scr ... 0A2XI19W/2 Possibly a technical issue with the book needs fixing?

Re: Programming 2D Scrolling Games (V 4.61 & 5.0) Book Relea
I totally forgot about getting this book.
But now it seems that no electronic versions are available?
Amazon, dead. Barnes & Noble, dead...
What happened?
Lulu still has it, but the price is kinda up there (and who knows what S&H they'll throw on top), and I'd rather get a digital version... Plus with my luck I'd order it and it would suddenly not be available / stuck in limbo or something weird

Lulu is print on demand so there is not a chance of it being out of stock. I have ordered many things from Lulu and I have never had a problem.Zach wrote:Lulu still has it, but the price is kinda up there (and who knows what S&H they'll throw on top), and I'd rather get a digital version... Apple has it in digital download form I guess. Yet with all the changes with sprites in 5.20, it's outdated again... Still have some interesting bits (bites? bytes? the fuck with all those homonyms in English!) of knowledge.
