VPS recommendations for PB?

Anyone running PB code, or the PB compiler on a VPS?
Would like to see some recommendations for cheap minimal VPS hosts, and/or VPS with a graphical OS to run the IDE (either Windows or Linux)!

Can it be compared with VNC (server part) ?
