Identation problem [Solved]

Thanks for the video. The bad news is that when I do exactly what you do, I don't get any indentation errors. It all works as expected.

It seems my error cannot be reproduced by others, so definitely it is not a problem of IDE. I probably cannot find the root cause of this issue. It is only a small problem and I can simply ignore it as long as it is not caused by virus. I have made an virus scan use window defender and no problem was found. However, is there a way I can check the integrity of the purebasic files for sure?

Hi,

I finally found the probelm is related to a beta feature of window.
In Control Panel>Region>Administrative>Change System locale>Region Setting, uncheck the box: Beta: use unicode UTF-8 for worldwhile language support.

Uncheck this box (it was checked before) and the identation issue disappeared.

This could be considered a bug/incompatibility of the IDE with Windows. Can a mod move this to the "Bugs - IDE" section? Thanks.
