[Done] PB 6.00 Beta 8 - Enable DPI aware executable (Windows)

In PB 6.00 Beta 8, checkbox Enable DPI aware executable (Windows) always turned on.
In the source do not save.

I also confirm for open files, it looks good for <new>. The flag is saved only if there is another change.
