Fixed the following bugs:
Incorrect object handling/movement of individual objects.
Starting map:
Map revised, expanded, various layout / logic errors fixed

If all hearts are lost, you start at the last checkpoint (rune stone)
If all hearts are lost, 20 gold pieces are deducted, if there are any.

Player starts with 3 hearts,
currently up to 10 hearts can be collected,

Sollten alle Goldstücke verbraucht sein, startet der Spieler (mit der Auswahl Continue) wieder in der ersten Map/Level.
Es bleibt jedoch die bis dahin erreichte maximale Herzanzahl freigeschaltet. So können diese wieder aufgefüllt werden, ohne dass dafür 100 Goldstücke benötigt werden.
