I would like to suggest to make Dialog library gadgets like hbox, vbox, gridbox, multibox, singlebox directly available to hardcore programmers who dream about PureBasic code every night.
It would be nice to have (virtual) Layout-Gadgets available inside pure code as well,
so we are able to put layouts directly into code, without using the Dialog library and XML.
Thx,
...Danilo

What is the difference between dialog gadget and standard gadget?
I love the canvas based gadgets for flexibility and customization.
'Thorsten', 'said', 'StarGate' contributions to name a few, are exceptional.

The nice thing about standards is there are so many to choose from. ~ Andrew Tanenbaum

I prefer the Dialog... Because I'm to lazy to write resizing and alignment methods every time.
Thorsten had often parameters to ther gadges like "UseCanvas". This is for the Dialog.
